Refund Policy
Effective date: April 21, 2026
The short version
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unused credits. If you're not happy with IdeaFast, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund any credits you haven't spent.
What's eligible
- Refund requests made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Only unused credits from the purchase. Already-spent credits are non-refundable because the work (AI generations, validations, research calls) has already been performed and billed to us by third-party providers.
- Technical failures on our side — e.g. we charged you but credits never landed. We'll either fix the credit grant or refund you in full, your choice.
What's not eligible
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- The portion of a pack whose credits have already been consumed.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
- Chargeback abuse. Please contact us first before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve almost every issue faster than a chargeback does.
How to request a refund
Email shubhambhatt9412@gmail.com from the address on your account with:
- The payment ID (shown on your billing page)
- The reason for the refund — short is fine
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through DodoPayments and typically reach your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
IdeaFast does not currently sell subscriptions. If we introduce one, this policy will be updated and you'll be able to cancel renewal from your billing page at any time.
