1. Who we are

IdeaFast ("we", "us", "our") is operated by the owner of ideafast.pro. By using the site or service, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

IdeaFast is an AI-assisted tool that surfaces trending problems, generates startup ideas, and produces market validation reports based on inputs you provide (interests, problem statements, etc.). Outputs are generated by large language models and third-party data sources. They are for informational purposes only and are not business, financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

4. Credits and billing

Paid use of IdeaFast works on a credit system. You purchase credit packs as one-time payments; credits are consumed when you generate ideas, discover problems, or run a validation. New accounts receive 12 free credits on signup. Credit pricing, pack sizes, and per-action costs are shown on the pricing page and may change for new purchases — existing credits retain their purchased value.

All payments are processed by DodoPayments, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD. Applicable sales tax or VAT is handled by DodoPayments based on your location and added at checkout. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute outputs as a stand-alone product that competes with IdeaFast
• Scrape, rate-abuse, or circumvent the credit system or our API
• Submit content you do not have the rights to, or that violates third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund for credits already consumed.

7. Intellectual property

The IdeaFast name, site, code, and brand belong to us. You own the inputs you submit and the outputs generated for you, subject to the license to third-party model providers whose services we rely on. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a business decision. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
