Terms of Service — IdeaFast

1. Who we are

IdeaFast ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Shubham Bhatt (India), the operator of ideafast.pro. By using the site or service, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

IdeaFast is an AI-assisted research tool. It scans public conversations (such as Reddit), clusters them into recurring "pain themes", scores them, and can generate startup ideas and validation reports based on inputs you provide (interests, subreddits, etc.). Outputs are produced by large language models and third-party data sources, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are for informational purposes only — they are not business, financial, legal, or investment advice, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

4. Plans and billing

Paid use of IdeaFast is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. A plan (currently Explorer, Founder, or Builder) is a pack of scans bought outright: you pay once, the scans are added to your balance, and they never expire. There is no trial period and no recurring charge.

Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel. We will never bill you again unless you choose to buy another pack or you switch on auto-recharge. Features available during a scan are set by the plan you hold at the time you run it; when your balance reaches zero your account returns to the free Explorer tier until you buy again.

Auto-recharge is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, you authorise us to charge your saved card for another pack of your current plan, at a discount, when your balance runs low. The exact amount and the trigger point are shown on the Billing page before you enable it, and you can turn it off at any time from that page.

All payments are processed by DodoPayments, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD; applicable sales tax or VAT is determined by DodoPayments based on your location and added at checkout. Pricing and plan limits may change for future billing periods or new purchases, with notice for active subscribers.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing
Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute outputs as a stand-alone product that competes with IdeaFast
Scrape, rate-abuse, or circumvent plan limits, scan quotas, or our API
Submit content you do not have the rights to, or that violates third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund for the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The IdeaFast name, site, code, and brand belong to us. You own the inputs you submit and the outputs generated for you, subject to the license to third-party model providers whose services we rely on. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.

8. Charts and images

The charts, graphs, and data visualisations we publish on the IdeaFast blog are our own original work, built from our own data. You may reuse them anywhere — articles, posts, decks, reports, AI-generated answers — at no cost and without asking us first, on two conditions: keep the image unmodified, and credit "IdeaFast" with a visible link to the page you took it from.

This permission covers those published images only. It does not cover the IdeaFast name, logo, or anything else addressed in section 7. If you want to use a chart on different terms, or need a modified or higher-resolution version, email shubham@ideafast.pro.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a business decision. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can permanently delete your account and data yourself from Settings → Delete account; we may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
